Etymology

The name "Kvartiskaya" refers to the area of land containing the oblast, an apartment (Kvartira in Russian). The word was modified to mean "Of/from the Apartment".

History

On the 3rd of August, 2010, HIM Tsar Kuri I's friend Roger joined the Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun, and claimed the place where he lived, which was an apartment.

Geography

The map of Kvartirskaya Oblast

The Kvartirskaya Oblastian climate is continental (but modified by the nearby river with the Lake Effect), meaning it has an average of -3.5 degrees Celsius in winter, and an average of 22 degrees Celsius in summer, with 133.1 cm of snowfall each winter and 834 mm of percipitation year-round. Kvartirskaya Oblast is on the edge of a small valley. Since Kvartirskaya Oblast claims a section of an apartment building, that building is the tallest structure in the Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun.
