Soba Oblast was a federal subject of the Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun.

Etymology

The name Soba means "room" in Serbian, Soba Oblast's official language. It refers to the bedroom of the Ambassador, TRH Billy Bob, which forms part of the claim.

History

On 14 January 2011, HIM Tsar Kuri I captured a small area of land bordering Canada, and gave the Ambassadorship to TRH Billy Bob. Soba Oblast was returned to Canadian sovereignty due to the inactivity of its citizen on 9 November 2011.

Geography

The climate of what was Soba Oblast is continental (but modified by the nearby river with the Lake Effect), meaning it has an average of 9.5 degrees Celsius, with 133.1 cm of snowfall each winter and 834 mm of precipitation year-round. Soba Oblast contained the house of TRH Billy Bob, and was surrounded by Canada on all sides.
