The national flag of the Essian Commonwealth, known as the Essian Tricolour, is the banner used to represent the people of the Essian Commonwealth. Several flags have been used by the state in the past, however the present flag was designed by HIllM Henry, Lord of the Essian Commonwealth. Over time, the blue rays on the second flag of the Essian Commonwealth have evolved into horizontal stripes, then into their present form of a horizontal tricolour. The Commonwealth has, since its establishment, used the same colours in its flag despite several proposals in the past to change the national colours. The national colours are blue and white.

The coat of arms of the Essian Commonwealth is the first and present coat of arms of the Essian Commonwealth, adopted on 18 February and designed by Stephen Freayth in the weeks before. It was officially made the nation's coat of arms through a royal edict on 18 February 2017, and has been in consistent use since that date.

The shield in the center of the coat of arms is singular and features a tiger, the national animal of the Essian Commonwealth. The colors on the shield are blue and white, identical to the national colors of the Essian Commonwealth. On the outside, similar supporters are used and the color red is utilized. On the banner below, the motto of the Essian Commonwealth is featured, in Latin: IMPERIUM IN IMPERIO, meaning "A state within a state." The coat of arms is used on many official documents, and is considered the official symbol of the Essian Monarchy.
