The Ministry for Public Safety and the Borders is a Ministry of the Nemkhav Federation created to oversee federal police, emergency and border security agencies of the Federation, and has the power to create, dismiss and train various groups towards these goals. The Ministry is a successor to the old Ministry of Defence, which was renamed to reflect a more pacifist, public safety-based ethos.
