The Nemkhav Ministry for Culture is the ministry created to research, promote and develop culture within the Nemkhav Federation and to maintain links between Nemkhav enclaves worldwide. The Ministry also helps with the production, licensing and regulation of new media ventures including newspapers, magazines, books, radio and television networks.

The Ministry for Culture has an important role to play in establishing national pride and ensuring the longevity of the Nemkhav Federation.
