A referendum to decide in Danish should become an official language will be held on 1 May 2021. It w will be the first referendum in 2021. On 1 May voters will also elect the 25 members of the House of Representatives and half of Senators in the 2021 House Hold General Election. The results will be announced on 15 May.

The referendum question in English:

Should the Danish language become an official language of the Kingdom of House Hold along with the English language? Additionally should Danish speakers have special rights and government run programs in the Danish language according to the bill passed by the House of Representatives and Senate (Bill 186)?

The ballot will also have a Dansk translation under the question in English for Danish House Holdians.

Skal det danske sprog blive et officielt sprog for kongeriget husholdning sammen med det engelske sprog? Derudover skulle dansktalere have særlige rettigheder og regeringsdrevne programmer på dansk i henhold til det lovforslag, der blev vedtaget af Repræsentanternes Hus og Senatet (Bill 186)?

The "No" campaign slogan was "No for justice". The No campaign chair is Leader of the Opposition Enia Hyena, she is a member of the Liberal/National Coalition.
