The 2019 presidential election of Rino Island was held between August 29–September 2 with the votes polled and counted and results being declared on the same date. Incumbent president Marco Antonio Rino who was backed by the ruling National Unity Party was re-elected to office without any opponent. Parliamentary elections were also held, where the National Unity Party won all the seats.[1]

President Marco Antonio Rino celebrated the result, stating that "it is a demonstration of the support for the national restoration process we are leading, which will bring Rino Island back to the forefront of micronationalism."[1]

This was the first presidential election by popular vote since 2017 and the first to be recognized as fully legitimate since 2016.
