Pedro is a town in the Land of Caracena, in the province of Soria, in the Iberian Peninsula. It belongs to the Overseas Territory of the Village of Pedro, which in turn is sovereign territory of the Republic of Rino Island. Claimed since 2012 by the Independent Kingdom of the Numantine Lands, a treaty signed between King Jorge de Antillón and the then President of Rino Island Tomás Ríos allowed its annexation. Thus, since January 1, 2016 it is the only territory of Rino Island in Europe.

In 1981 it had 13 inhabitants, concentrated in the main nucleus, going to 14 in 2010, 11 men and 3 women, according to the census of the Spanish State. Technically, as it is the only inhabited rinoislandic territory, an it is the largest city in the country.

The Governor appointed by the President of Rino Island is currently Carlos Sancho Santana.

Since December 2020 it has been a sister city of Altenburg, in Ebenthal.
