The Administrator of the Forces is a post that commands the Baustralian Administrative Corps, a corps of the Baustralian Armed Forces, which oversees the Legal, Logistics, Naval Regulating, Military Police, and Postal Branches. As the post commanded a command size unit, the Adjutant General was the rank of rear admiral or equivalent.
History
In 2018, after canines were permitted to be enlisted into the Baustralian Forces, a canine unit was formed. A general officer was appointed to command this new branch, with the appointment of Canine Handler General. The Baustralian Corps of Canine Handlers formed the staff component, and the Baustralian Corps of Canines formed the canine component of the Baustralian Canine Branch.
Eventually, this branch became used for military policing and later was dissolved in favour of three service police branches - the Naval Regulating Branch, Military Police Branch, and Air Force Police Branch - which with the Legal Branch, fell under the command of the Adjutant General's Corps. A general officer was appointed to command this corps, with the appointment of Adjutant General.
With the formation of the Baustralian Postal Branch, and the semi-unification of the supply branches of each of the services, the Baustralian Administrative Corps was formed to replace the Adjutant General's Corps. This corps contained the Legal, Logistics, Naval Regulating, Military Police, and Postal Branches.
