The Romonian Conquest hoax was a hoax created by two senior naval officers of Baustralia, to deliberately mislead the crown into starting plans for war with a fictional entity, the Romonian Communist Party. The hoax caused the demotions of the officers from Admiral of the Fleet to captain, and Rear Admiral to Commander.
