The 1st Theolonian general election took place from 26 to 28 June 2020. This election was the first election following the ratification of the Constitution of Theolonia. All three seats of the Legislative Assembly as well as the three seats of the Executive Council were up for election.
The Theolonian branch of the New Democratic Party and the Theolonian Pirate League ran to gain seats in both chambers, with one member of each party running for a seat in both.
The Constitution of Theolonia was ratified by the people on 25 May 2020. This constitution defined the system of government and elections. The Herzog von Theolonien dropped the writ of election on 1 June 2020.

Elections for the Executive Council and the Legislative Assembly are counted using the Single Transferable Vote system.
