The Parliament of the Commonwealth of Pacific Ocean Micronations is the legislative body of the organization, and is the so-called “Commonwealth Parliament”, which is representative of the population of each member. It is regulated by the Commonwealth Treaty.

The objective of the parliament is to develop policies to strengthen ties between the organizations, movements or parties that are members of the Commonwealth.
