Lyrics
Verse 1
Our wondrous land was once ruled by evil men
Our wondrous land was once ruled by evil men
but our fearless revolutionaries rose up and shed their blood
and (the) Tasmanian capitalists were never seen again
CHORUS
O glorious A1
has been freed from slavery
and a new dawn has been made by our wondrous Chairman Pprit
Verse 2
The capitalists enslaved our nation state
The capitalists enslaved our nation state
which has since become the land of fearless revolution’ries
And they did fight for our glorious state to see the chains were freed
CHORUS
Verse 3
One day the people threw their chains away
One day the people threw their chains away
And the evil masters of the land were taken by surprise
And the most glorious men and women o’erthrew the evil men
CHORUS
Verse 4
Our comrades’ nerve shall not escape our minds
Our comrades’ nerve shall never escape our minds
For without their selfless courage and their boundless dauntlessness
Our wondrous land would be still in its chains of the Tasmanians
CHORUS
