Greater than Four Thousand, also known as >4k, is Lichthalzen's virtual band, which was formed in mid-May 2010. Each member within the protectorate who are able to play an instrument are encouraged to record their parts and send them to the Governor (who is 4000 kilometres away from them) to be put together. >4k's first project was to record and put together the parts for Bruce Springteen's song, entitled "Fire", which was successfuly completed in June 2010.
