First National Congress of PKP was the first national meeting held by the All-Sunda Raya Workers Party from 23 until 25 July 2013 before the formation of the Democratic Republic of Sunda Raya. It was held in a secret location.
The congrees was attended by 5 delegates from 5 different regions, and 12 party members from 12 different workers parties.
The platform of the party was passed during this congress. On July 23, the presidium proposed the name Sunda Raya as the name of the planned future democratic republic that will replace the old capitalist state. On July 24, the name Sunda Raya was approved by the congress. This congress was the key event of the ignition of the Great Southeast Asia Proletarian Revolution.
