The Prime Minister of Matachewan was the official head of government of the Grand Kingdom of Matachewan before being replaced by the Premier of Matachewan. The Prime Minister's office was restored in the September Constitution.

There have been 11 Prime Ministers of Matachewan throughout Modern Matachewan's History (2018–Present), these Prime Ministers are all respected for what they do and what they have done and some are realized as key figures in Matachewan's development as a nation.

Mr. Chaisson served three terms and finally retired from Matachewanian politics. His administration didn't see massive gains but was the last administration before the Gropenigen occupation of Matachewan, Kamiron Chaisson was also the first Black Prime Minister of Matachewan. | |

Monarchist | Krill Lyzhin served three terms in a row before retiring from politics. Unlike his predecessor Mr. Lyzhin created the first democratic parliament of Matachewan capable of making decisions independently from the King, his Parliament would be the successor to the Matachewanian First Council founded back in 2015. Krill Lyzhin also served as Prime Minister during the Robertson Sea Conflict. | |

His administration saw Matachewan regain independence and he worked day and night in order to insure Matachewan's success and to avoid foreign dominance over Matachewan. | |
#4 | Ágá Sárrajuoksa | 1 April 2019 - 13 April 2019 | Libertarian | Ágá Sárrajuoksa was elected Prime Minister on April 1, 2019. He wasn't known for much of anything other than trying to take control of Matachewan for himself by attempting to abolish the monarchy and create a perfect republic. He was soon removed and fell out of the history book of Matachewan. If not for the Radio Scandal of April 13 he would have become a forgotten Prime Minister. | |

After the Warren administration was elected into power the Sejm was reintroduced however after that the administration soon fell inactive. | |

The Miller administration focused its attention away from the past and globalization and introduced the localization of Matachewan in order for Matachewan to have actual in person claims and assets. | |

The liberal Prime Minister did have a minority government and eventually Nicholas broke a Commonwealth law which led to his impeachment at the end of the month. | |

During his time as Prime Minister he didn't do anything but wait out the impeachment trial. Once elected out of office Peter Warren retired from Matachewanian politics and revoked his citizenship. | |
