Monarchist Kamiron Chaisson served as the first Prime Minister of Matachewan when the office was originally established. October 2018 - November 2018 November 2018 - December 2018

Monarchist Krill Lyzhin served three terms in a row before retiring from politics. Unlike his predecessor Mr. Lyzhin created the first democratic parliament of Matachewan capable of making decisions independently from the King, his Parliament would be the successor to the Matachewanian First Council founded back in 2015. Krill Lyzhin also served as Prime Minister during the Robertson Sea Conflict.
#3 Peter Warren 23 March 2019 - 1 April 2019 Monarchist Peter Warren, a Gropenigen sympathizer for Matachewan became Prime Minister on March 23, 2019. #4 Ágá Sárrajuoksa 1 April 2019 - 13 April 2019 Libertarian Ágá Sárrajuoksa was elected Prime Minister on April 1, 2019. He wasn't known for much of anything other than trying to take control of Matachewan for himself by attempting to abolish the monarchy and create a perfect republic. He was soon removed and fell out of the history book of Matachewan. If not for the Radio Scandal of April 13 he would have become a forgotten Prime Minister.

#6 Suyash Adhikari 16 April 2019 - 5 May 2019 Conservative Prime Minister Suyash served as Prime Minister of Matachewan after the Radio Scandal, Suyash was mostly interested in extending the power of the Sejm while keeping the monarchy's tight grip on the nation, he was eventually banned as he was involved in the Radio Scandal and Tablekitten served as acting PM until his ban on the 22nd of May 2019.
#7 Cheif June 2019 - 22 July 2019 Independent Archduke Cheif was not Prime Minister per say however due to the complex system the MP Commonwealth had, the Archduke of Matachewan-Prussia would serve as Prime Minister until a Prime Minister was elected.

After the Warren administration was elected into power the Sejm was reintroduced however after that the administration soon fell inactive.
#8 Chris Ramsay 1 October 2019 - 1 November 2019 Progressive Conservative After the inactive Warren administration fell apart the Miller administration was elected into office on October 1, 2019. The Miller administration focused its attention away from the past and globalization and introduced the localization of Matachewan in order for Matachewan to have actual in person claims and assets.
(#8) Chris Ramsay 1 November 2019 - 1 December 2019 Progressive Conservative After the original success of localization and the creation of the Grand Matachewanian Commonwealth the Miller administration "settled in" for the end of the year and didn't achieve anything of note during this term.
