"OptimaForum" was the official discussion and legislation forum of Optima. It was active from November 2010 to January 2011. It is only a colloquial term; its name on the site header is "Principality of Optima" and it has no legal name. All micronations Optima has diplomatic relations with are encouraged to place an embassy or similar entity in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs subforum.
Outages
OptimaForum's hosting provider, Forumer, had a temporary outage on server 46, causing the forum to be inaccessible for approximately 24 hours, along with all the other forums hosted on that server. This is the first recorded outage of the forums.
