Consultation in Urabbaparcensia refers to the consultation undertaken by the Parliament of Urabba Parks, the Urabbaparcensian Government, the corporate judiciary and the Urabbaparcensian Governance Service.
Legal basis
The Urabbaparcensian Constitution and the Legislation Act 2022 provide for consultation in relation to the governance and management of the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia (formerly Urabba Parks Pty Ltd).
- Parliament of Urabba Parks: The voice to Parliament consists of the Council of Consultative Bodies of the Parliament that consist of consultative bodies appointed by and from stakeholder constituencies.[Constitution 1]
- Executive Government: The Constitution provides for consultative bodies to the Urabbaparcensian Government.[Constitution 2] Section 54 of the Legislation Act 2022 of Urabba Parks also provides that rule-makers of delegated legislation must consult before making the legislation.[1]
- Judicature: The Constitution provides for consultative bodies to the courts and tribunals presented by the members of Urabba Parks Pty Ltd.[Constitution 3]
- Urabbaparcensian Governance Service: The Constitution provides for consultative bodies of the independent governance service, headed by Governance Consultative Bodies Urabba Parks.[Constitution 4]
- Divisional legislatures: The Constitution provides for consultative bodies of legislatures of the jurisdictional divisions of Urabbaparcensia.[Constitution 5]
