The Canton of Kaos, sometimes called Cantos in order to avoid confusion with the canton's Chieftain, was a non-autonomous territory of the High Empire of Pacem. The territory holded the capital city of Con, as well as the Town of Carnegi. It was the cultural, economic, and political centre of the nation, generating 100% of the Nominal GDP, and holds the virtual diplomatic offices.

The canton was lead by Emperor Kaos I, and the leadership of the territory was passed down through the various monarchs of Pacem.

Towns and cities

The Canton of Kaos was divided into two towns of historical importance to the empire, being the towns of Con and Carnegi. Carnegi was the former capital, with Con became the capital in July 2018. They also had equal citizens, despite there being 9 Kaosian citizens. This wsd due to three remaining citizens not belonging to either town.
