The Treaty of Osokorky, also sometimes informally referred to as The Treaty on the recognition of Emperors by elements of the Pavlovian Government, is a treaty signed between HIM Aleksandr IV and H&RAM Emperor Oscar I in which the two of them recognize each other as full Emperors with Auctoritas Invicta and Imperium. The Imperium of the Treaty of Osokorky is not to be confused with the Austenasian theory of Imperium, for in the Treaty of Osokorky Imperium is defined as a titular precedence and semi-universal authority over states in their respective spheres of influence. The signatories also do not see themselves as all being Emperors of an "undivided Roman Empire" as is present in the Austenasian theory.[1]

On the other hand it establishes that the two may only recognize other Emperors on unanimous agreement between the parties, and that any amendment to the document may be made solely on unanimous agreement between the parties. As per treaty, the exact contents are not shared to 3th parties.

History

The Treaty of Theodosia, was a treaty signed between HIM Aleksandr IV, H&RAM Emperor Oscar I and HIM Emperor Wilhelm I in which the three of them recognize each other as full Emperors. Upon merging of the Thrones of the North American Confederation and Karnia-Ruthenia, the Treaty of Osokorky was proposed as an amendment.
