The Provincial Criminal and Law Department, or PCL, is a Schpecktenian department responsible for law enforcement, law creation, investigation, and upkeeping the Grand Assembly of Schpecktenia. The department has been in use since 29 May 2023, and saw special use throughout the Imperial Federation of Schpecktenia.

The PCL functions using shared Google Drive documents and other subjects. Schpecktenia has been using Google Drive for document keeping since the Imperial Federation in June 2023.

History

The department was created during the Imperial Federation, and prosecuted King Morris of Liveno during the Specht v. Morris trial on 26 June 2023. The department was heavily active during the end of the War of the First Front in the Greater Metro East War.

Accomplishments

The greatest accomplishment of the PCL was the arrest and prosecution of Aydin Fisk of Taydrostia during the War of the First Front in the Greater Metro East War.

Office of Public Law

This office keeps all laws passed by the Grand Assembly that are related to the public.

Office of Investigation

The Office of Investigation is the main police force of Schpecktenia, doing primarily detective work and law enforcement.

Office of Electoral Items

The Office of Electoral Items, originally the Department of Electoral Items used in the Grand Empire of Schpecktenia, keeps all historical political elections and information.
