The Provincist Republic of Schpecktenia uses a system of ceremonial feudalism for the various Duchies and Dominions of the Provinces of Shadoweghn and Hawth-Koufax. Old governors of the Schpecktenian federal system get to keep their public status of ruling over lands with this system.
This system is purely ceremonial, existing outside of Provincism. Lords and Ladies have no real power other than popularity in Schpecktenia.
