Background
Second Republic of Schpecktenia and Liveno were both member-states of the Organization of Greater States, and were both somewhat allies. Following the allied victory in the Shahawki-Ertelian Conflict, Schpecktenia's president Ruby I wanted to gain more territory, and started researching the weakest country they could take over. Schpecktenia learned of the Kingdom of Liveno, a weaker and smaller micronation. Schpecktenia thought they could gain lots of new territory from them, so on 30 January 2023, Ruby I declared war.
War
Immediately, Ruby I ordered the 1st Imperial Rifle Unit, a unit in the to invade Liveno, but due to some internal complications, they wouldn't arrive until some time later. The Kingdom of Roekistan announced their support of Schpecktenia, and planned to aid financially. Schpecktenia first took a Liveno embassy in Lanevinia, and they were criticized heavily.
First invasion of Liveno
The First Imperial Rifle Unit made it to Liveno, and took some land in a state of Liveno; Conland. Luca T, a Lead Province Director and a soldier in the unit, decided it was a good idea to call Liveno fascist. This would lead to Schpecktenia having to pay much reoperations. Liveno repelled the invading forces completely almost immediately.
Propaganda standoff
Liveno and Schpecktenia attempt to make peace, and Ruby I drafts the Treaty of Saint Louis. Both nations agreed to end the war on 1 February. Soon after, The First Imperial Rifle Unit was placed to occupy Liveno's embassy. Liveno began distributing vast quantities of propaganda criticizing Schpecktenia. Schpecktenia responded by publishing their own propaganda. Due to this propaganda outburst, the Kingdom of Roekistan announced that they would be supporting both sides.
Due to lack of troops, Luca T requested creation of the 31st Rangers Division. Soldiers in the First Imperial Rifle Unit were transferred to the new division. Schpecktenia refused to end the war, and decided to make sure that Liveno would not ask for support from the Organization of Great States. Both countries signed the Saxon Agreement, stating they would not ask the OGS for help.
False invasion
The 31st Rangers Division withdrew from Liveno's embassy, and Liveno sent Ruby I a map of territory they wanted. Ruby I thought that Liveno forces had invaded and captured the Province of St. Charles, so Ruby I gave new orders to the 31st. The Kingdom of Roekistan, also believing Liveno invaded Schpecktenia, announced their full support for Schpecktenia again.
Second invasion of Liveno
Ruby thought that since Liveno had captured the city of St. Louis, she gave orders to the 31st to take most of Conland, Liveno. Liveno was furious, and running out of supplies and morale, they had no other option.
Resolution
Liveno was tired of the unjust actions of the war, so they sued for peace. Liveno, Roekistan, and Schpecktenia held a meeting to discuss peace. On 2 February 2023, they all signed the a revised version of the Treaty of Saint Louis.
Aftermath
The Treaty of Saint Louis stated that Roekistan will give back a quarter of the taken land in Conland, Schpecktenia will give back all the taken land, and Schpecktenia and Liveno will have a 10 year non-aggression pact, and will be allies. Liveno got to have a small, 2x2 ft piece of Schpecktenian territory. The territory, located in Ruby I's basement, is to be kept clean and tidy. The flag of Liveno was taped to the wall by Ruby I herself.
