Il Cane Institute of Medicine and Health Research (Romanian:Institutul National de Sanatete "Il Cane",Italian:Istituto Nazionale di Sanita "Il Cane") is an independent non-governmental micronational institute established in 2010.
The Institute is the first research institute of Istria and has since its foundation been the most influential research institute in Istria. This institute has seen major changes from it's foundation.

The Projects of the Institute are various and depend on the department that operates it. Since it's foundation, the different departments analysed different reserch files, discussed aplicable new medical technology. It also has presented numberous Bachelor, Master and Doctorate theses.
