Orders, decorations, and medals of Istria
The Award and Decoration System of Republic of Istria, is comprised by both royal and republican titles, decorations and awards given to specific people in specific circumstances.The honours system was established by several Acts of Parliament under the Istrian Constitution of 2013.The bestowing of honours can be done only by the President.
History
Royal Titles and Orders
The Orders tradition started back in 1950 when H.R.M.Queen Maríe I signed the first kniteing and orders paper. This stated the followings official orders and titles:

- "Comp I" Order
Is given to persones who are members of the familily, emblem of the royals, was named after the first Lord Prince, Comp I.
- "Madre Religiam" Order
Is given to the head of the royal church in grade of Great Cross, to the next in line in grade of Comandor and to 15 other royal religious demnitaries in grade of Commandant.
- "Saint Crown" Order
Is given to persones inrolled in the military.
- The Crown's Titles
This titles are given to different people. The category of each persones recieving the titles are regulated according to the decrees.

The Orders rattified by the Law no 21/2021 regarding the National System of Orders and Decorations presents the following orders and medals that can be presented by the President.
The Orders of the Istrian Republic are Represented by the following 3 National Orders:
- National Order of the Istrian Star
- National Order St Michael and Gavril
- National Order Religious Service
