The Ministry of War and Foreign Affairs, or WFA, is a Schpecktenian ministry responsible for diplomatic dialogue, friendly and aggressive foreign communication, military administration and upkeep, and international conflict management. The ministry has been in use since 29 May 2023, and saw special use throughout the Imperial Federation of Schpecktenia.

The WFA functions using shared Google Drive documents and other subjects. Schpecktenia has been using Google Drive for document keeping since the Second Republic in January 2023.

History

The ministry was created during the Second Republic of Schpecktenia as the Department of War. It managed administration of the military jointly with the Department of Defense during the Schpecktenia-Liveno War and Two Days War. The Department of War then managed without other departments under the new ministry created by the Imperial Federation.

Accomplishments

During the beginning of the Second Republic, the Department of War successfully created diplomatic relations with many other micronations, specifically in the Organization of Great States, which established Schpecktenia as a known micronation.

Offices

Office of Diplomatic Action

The Office of Diplomatic Action communicats with foreign allies and recognized states. All actions made by this office is in a friendly and diplomatic manner.

Office of Foreign Conflict

This office is in power of communicating with foreign powers during the time of war and direct military generals during conflict. This office handles all communications with enemies aggressively, opposed to the diplomatic nature of the Office of Diplomatic Action.

Office of Publications

The Office of Publications shall hold all articles of speeches and statements made by the Schpecktenian government. The Office of Publications shall also keep important claims made by other nations, these foreign statements shall not be kept by the Office of Local and Intermicronational Historical Records. The office also publishes job listings for the government and the entire nation.

Office of Military Creation

This office keeps project proposals of new units and branches of the military. Military Creation also produces new information and other matters of the United Military of Schpecktenia.

Office of Visual Military

The Office of Visual Military keeps all information about past wars, such as the videos, documentaries, and old documents. This office produces unit patches and flags, having a small team in charge for insignia design.
