HRH Prince Leonard (Leonard George Casley; 28 August 1925 - 13 February 2019) was the Prince of the Principality of Hutt River. He is considered one of the three founding fathers of modern micronationalism, alongside Kevin Baugh and Paddy Roy Bates.
