August IV, Emperor of New Prussia and King of New Bavaria (born 8 July 2001) is an American micronationalist and the Emperor and founder of the Empire of New Prussia based in his home country, The United States of America. His motto is Unity through peace and peace through equality.

History

August owned 3 other micronations before the empire. First, he had the Republic of the United People with him being the president and his brother being the Vice President, but it was disestablished 1 month after at was born. The second was the Republic of New Prussia with August being the president and his brother still being Vice President. In early April 2018, he renamed the country to the Crowned Republic of New Prussia with August taking the name "Wilhelm III" but then he changed it to "August IV" He came up with the Empire of New Prussia. He decided to make his entire family imperial and then he founded the Imperial Family which is a combination of the houses of Rettkowski, Carlsen, Terlisner, Woolison, Spinler and Harms. One of his other names is August William von Terlisner-Harms. His name in German is Augustus Wilhelm. He recently founded a new religion for his country called New Prussian Catholicism. He was the Chief of the Brotherhood of Blue Jays until his election as Pope of the New Prussian Church on July 10, 2020. He took the name Pius Eugene I because he is a strong believer in God and in honor of his father. "I could be Pope for the next 60, 70 or 80 years." He said. Then he decided to retire on 10 July 2023, giving himself three years to be Pope. August is also Lord President of the Senate of Peers, Speaker of the House of Commons, Chairman of the Conservative Party and the Democommunist Party. To fill in some vacancies, he appointed himself to the New Prussian Imperial Bank Board of Governors and Chairman of the Board, President & CEO of the Imperial Bank of Lowden with his brother, Prince Colton, as his Deputy President and Postmaster General of New Prussia. He issued Imperial Decree XXI which established a new state of which he made himself Archduke of, the Archduchy of Southwest Clinton. On 18 November, he founded the Moderate Party as an in between for politicians who have ideologies that are left and right winged. On February 1st, he founded the Imperial Spinler Order, in honour if the Spinler family he is descended from, for personal service to the Emperor, the Imperial Family, state Sovereigns, state royal/noble families, or to any viceroy or senior representative of the Emperor. The Order is heavily based off of the Royal Victorian Order.

Personal life

The Kaiser has had ups and downs in his life and he has autism. He does have a creative mind and he loves to solve problems big and small. He has made some Imperial Orders for his empire and some for his constituent countries.
