The Board of Governors is the governing body of the New Prussian Imperial Bank.
History
An Act of the New Prussian Imperial Parliament made the New Prussian Imperial Bank a direct government agency and made the Board of Governors the new governing body of the New Prussian Imperial Bank, replacing the General Banker of New Prussia.
Governors
The Board is currently restricted to only 5 Governors. A Governor is chosen from one of the five states of New Prussia: New Bavaria, New Saxony, New Hanover, New Oldenburg, and Southwest Clinton. The Board is headed by the Chair and the Vice Chair. The Chancellor may appoint a Governor, with advice from the Minister of the Treasury and the Imperial Parliament, and approval from the Emperor. A President & CEO of a District Bank may be promoted to a Governor.
Chair
The Chair of the Board is nominated by the Board, the Chair nominee shall choose their Vice Chair, once the vetting process is complete, the nominees are then approved by the Chancellor and the Emperor.

Purpose
The Purpose of the Board is to oversee the District Banks and help implement monetary policy in the Empire of New Prussia.
