Prince Colton, younger brother of August IV, is the heir to the New Prussian and New Bavarian thrones, King of New Saxony and Grand Duke of New Oldenburg. He has served in the capacities as Vice Chancellor of New Prussia from 17 July 2022 to 1 July 2023 and Minister of the Armed Forces since 17 July 2022, Second Minster of New Bavaria and Attorney Minister on 1 March 2023, General of the First New Prussian Corps for almost three years, then promoted the Field Marshal of the Imperial Army on 16 February 2023, a Senior Sergeant in the Saxon Regiment of the Imperial Guard, Junior Deputy Chief Justice of the Imperial Court of New Prussia on 1 March 2023. On 15 April 2024, Colton was made Lord Vice President of the Senate of Peers. on 10 September 2024, Colton decided to abdicate the throne of Grand Duke of New Oldenburg and named Princess Coco, now Grand Duchess Coco I, his successor. In recognition of his service, his brother August IV gave him the title of Grand Duke Emeritus of New Oldenburg.
