The New Bavarian Councilors of State (German: Neue Bayerische Staatsräte) is the body of ministers responsible for the governance and administration of New Bavaria, composed of the First Minister, the Second Minister and three additional government ministries. The First Minister must submit a list of people to the King in order for them to be appointed as ministers. The King may reject these people and propose another.
