Nick Sullivan formed the first Sullivan ministry on 6 April 2020, after being invited by King John to form the fourth government and the defeat of Lord John Timpson in the 2020 Conservative Party of Baustralia leadership election. The ministry, a Conservative majority government is the fifth ministry after the appointing of John Timpson as the 1st Prime Minister.

2020

The 2020 government went through 4 reshuffles in two weeks due to the Persona Non Grata (McGrath) Act, the Paloma (Citizenship) Act, and the Baustralian Civil War all reducing the Parliament from 21 seats to 12 seats. The current government is considered the only official government since the appointment of Nick Sullivan, with the others considered un-official. A very cut-and-dry ministry, it was critiqued by Aidan McGrath as uncaring from the multiple removals of Members of Parliament[1], removal of Aidan McGrath[2], and removal of all citizenship from Paloman citizens should they choose not to rescind their Paloman citizenship[3]. He also stated it was a conspiracy to raise the power of the Conservatives in the Parliament of Baustralia[4].

The Parliament of Baustralia also stated that during the premiership of John Timpson, 76 Acts of Parliament were assented to, averaging to 25 Acts a year. During the premiership of Aidan McGrath, 2 Acts of Parliament were assented to, and during the premiership of Nick Sullivan, 56 Acts of Parliament were assented to.
