Aidan McGrath formed the first McGrath ministry on 22 September 2019, after being invited by King John to form the third government. The ministry, a Worker's ministry in a Conservative majority House is the third ministry after the appointing of John Timpson as the 1st Prime Minister and 1st ministry for McGrath.

The ministry in 2019 consisted of the same members as his Shadow Ministry, losing Luis Medina to a new party.
