The Posadnik of the Veche, or as commonly named the Chairman is the head of government of the Empire of Pavlov. The Chairman is in charge of the Veche and acts as its speaker. The office was created after the July 2016 constitution as First Minister but was drastically reformed by the Charter of the Empire of Pavlov which entered force the 14 October 2016, the Government 2017 act and finally the Royal Decree of 2 February 2018.
