Background

The collecting of signatures (4 needed) for the referendum started after many people that were not MPs of the Federal Assembly, wanted to change something in the Constitution, but they did not have the right, so Imrich Kvajda decided to organize this referendum.

The voting

The referendum started on 20 May 2020 at 9:44 and ended on 23:59 that day. The results were: 5 people voted yes, 2 no, and 2 votes were invalid. The referendum was valid, as more than 50% of citizens voted.
