The Athena Urabbanakis Promachos Trust, also known as the Urabba Parks Trust, Landcare Urabbaparcensia Trust or UP Trust, is a Urabbaparcensian environmental protection charity. The Trust was settled by the Enactorial House of Racservia D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited, with the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia as its initial trustee.

Etymology

Promachos refers to legendary Urabbaparcensian Lady Urabbanakis, and to Promachos, New Eurabba, acquired by Urabbaparcensia in 2023.

History

The Trust was established by the execution of the Athena Urabbanakis Promachos Trust Deed by the Enactorial House of Racservia (D.J. Racovolis Services Proprietary Limited), with the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia Proprietary Limited as its initial trustee, in Melbourne, Victoria, on 5 March 2024[1], the third anniversary of the establishment of jurisdiction in Urabbaparcensia as a result of the adoption of the current Urabbaparcensian Constitution.

Politics and government

The Trust is governed by the Trust Deed. The Trustee must exercise all powers of the Trust under the Trust Deed and also within the Trustee's own laws. The Department of Operations of the Urabbaparcensian Government is responsible for the management of the Trust.

Geography and climate

The Trust will primarily operate in the Racservian Environment of New Eurabba, which will be set aside for the occupation by the Trust. It is expected that about 60% of Urabba Street Reserve and 100% of the Promachos site will be used by the Trust for its environmental protection activities.

The Trust is limited to operation in Australia only.

Economy

The Australian Business Number of the Athena Urabbanakis Promachos Trust is ABN 69678430458[2].

The Trust has been granted for charity registration with the federal charity regulator[3], and is applying for deductible gift recipient status with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as an environmental organisation.

The Trust is intended to be operated through Urabbaparcensia's operations network.
