History
Bagheri first met HM Abrams I in 6th grade at school, when neither knew about micronationalism.
They kept contacts ever since, and on 12 January 2019, Cameron proposed Bagheri become a High Commissioner of a Mandate for Ikonia, which was later created to be Mandatory Bagherinia—ditto, the mandate was originally set to be its' own independent micronation.
