Baker Island (BI) is an Ikonian Overseas Territory that was a gift from the Kingdom of Quebec. It was announced officially as an Ikonian Overseas Territory on 29 April 2019.

The Territory was formed on 29 April 2019, after it was personally gifted to the Kingdom of Ikonia from the Monarch of Quebec, Aidan I. The Kingdom of Ikonia declared an act making it a territory, and also claim that an election to make a Governor-general is imminent. Just like the Company rule of the URC in Rhodesia, they follow the same bans of the following -

• No other land claim regarding Baker Island that the Kingdom of Ikonia has annexed will be recognized
• If the Overseas Territory dissolves as an effect from the Governor-general, the island will stay as the Protectorate of Baker, keeping the first rule in effect.
• Drugs or paraphernalia of any kind, alcohol, and plastic bags are banned.
