SLSSE is a non gouvermental agency that promotes learning and research in different science fields, like Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and so on. It has 4 departments at the time and since it's foundation in 2018 when the agency was dedicated to Chemistry, it grown to numberous domains.
It was founded by Carpender Andrei, who had it as it's doctorate project. This evolved into a National Institute, in 2019 beeing founded by the Istrian Gouverment with over 20.000 Dinars. This led to major changes in the system, today beeing also a school for different students who are prepareing for a career in the fields of sciences.
