Operations Urabba Parks is a department of the Government of Urabba Parks charged with the responsibility to defend Urabba Parks and its corporate interests. Along with the Urabbaparcensian Defence Service (UDS), it forms part of the Urabbaparcensian Defence Organisation (UDO). The Minister of Defence (MINOPS) is accountable to the Corporate Parliament, on behalf of the Urabbaparcensian people, for the efficiency and effectiveness with which the Urabba Parks Operations Network achieves the charitable purposes of Urabba Parks. Operations Urabba Parks is the governing body of the Urabba Parks Operations Network. The head of the department, who leads it on a daily basis, is the Secretary of the Department of Operations (SECOPS).
Operations Committee
The Operations Committee is the primary decision-making committee in the Department of Operations, supported by six subordinate committees, groups and boards. The Operations Committee is focused on major capability development and resource management for the Urabba Parks Operations Network and shared accountability of the Secretary and the Chief of the Defence Service.

Organisational groups
The Department of Defence consists of ten major organisational groups:
- Associate Secretary Group – provides administrative, legal and governance services including audit and fraud control, security and vetting, the Judge Advocate General, and communications and ministerial support.
- Chief Information Officer Group – leads the integrated design, cost effective delivery, and sustained operation of Operations information
- Chief Finance Officer Group – to drive the financial and management improvement programs for Operations
- Capability Group (CG) – Urabba Parks project management organisation and its mission is to acquire and sustain equipment for the Urabbaparcensian Defence Service.
- Operations People Group – human resource outcomes across the Operations employment cycle from strategy and policy development, through to implementation and service delivery
- Urabba Parks Estate and Infrastructure Group – consolidated service delivery organisation for Operations that enables Defence capability by working in partnership to deliver integrated services through a highly capable workforce
- Urabba Parks Science and Technology Group – lead agency charged with applying science and technology to achieve the charitable purposes of Urabba Parks.
- Operations Policy Group – provides policy advice and coordination for strategy and intelligence for Operations, including overseeing the Urabbaparcensian Intelligence Organisation.
Diarchy
Together with the Urabbaparcensian Defence Service, the Department forms the Urabbaparcensian Defence Organisation, the lead agency of the Urabba Parks Operations Network.
Minister
The Minister for Operations (MINOPS) is responsible to Corporate Parliament for the Urabba Parks Operations Network.
Secretary
