The Œcumenical Patriarchate of Aleksandropol - New Rome' is the official title of the primate of the Pavlovian Orthodox Church. It is often preceded by the honorific "His all-Holiness". While the Œcumenical Patriarch as the diocesan bishop of the Aleksandropol diocese has direct canonical authority over Aleksandropol only, he has a number of church-wide administrative powers within and in accordance with the charter of the Pavlovian Orthodox Church and Canon law. The See was established in 2014. The Œcumenical Patriarch is the Primate of the Pavlovian Orthodox Church, while the official Head of the Church is the Augustus.
