The Metropolitan of Aleksandropol and all Rus' is the official title of the primate of the Pavlovian Orthodox Church. It is often preceded by the honorific "His Holiness". While the Metropolitan as the diocesan bishop of the Aleksandropol diocese has direct canonical authority over Aleksandropol only, he has a number of church-wide administrative powers within and in accordance with the charter of the Pavlovian Orthodox Church. The church was established in 2014. Unlike most other Eastern Orthodox Churches, the Pavlovian Orthodox Church has no Patriarch, instead being under direct authority of the Emperor, with the Emperor passing most administrative decisions to the Holy Synod.
