Between 13 July 2011 and 17 December 2012, the Loyanovsky Cabinet administered the Republic of Istria. After the first vote of no confidence in Istria's history was submitted against the Balminster Cabinet, the Loyanovsky Cabinet was founded. This was the final government in which the number of ministers was lowered.
History of the Nationalist-Socialist People's Movement
The Nationalist-Socialist Movement was founded in 2011 when Dinu Alexandru, the party's leader at the time, chose to join forces with the Socialist Party of Istria to establish this movement. To define their ideas, they produced a whole political thesis. The N-SPM resolved to create a government made up exclusively of members of the N-SPM.
They won the elections in 2011 and secured a 123-seat majority in Parliament. The planned Prime-Minister Loyanovsky Nate was to create the N-SPM government. The Loyanovsky Government was invested on July 13, 2011.
The following was the government's componance:

The Governing period
Istria's foreign policy was unbalanced in 2011-2012, since it did not allow interation due to alleged "intervention in government matters." This prompted an enquiry by the Istrian Information Services, which resulted in the revelation of many corruption schemes and the intervention of the National Direction Anticorruption and the Judicial Prosecutors. Tax evasion, misuse of office, injury to legal interests, major disruption to the smooth operation of a governmental organisation or institution, usurpation of function, and other charges were brought against Loyanovsky Nate in 2012. His government fell apart, and the parliament voted him out of office.
