This is a list of parliamentary by-elections in New Virginia, with the names of the incumbent and victor and their respective parties.
As on May 2021, a total of 4 by-elections have been held. The first was in October 2020, and the last in May 2021.

2nd Parliament
There has been 2 by-elections in the 2nd Parliament of New Virginia. Both by-elections were called in a seat held by a Free Democratic Party member. One by-election was won by the Alliance 21/The Greens, and the other by an independent.

1st Parliament
There were 2 by-elections in the 1st Parliament of New Virginia (With a planned by-election in Roanoke-at-large cancelled when the 2021 general election was called). One was in a seat held by an independent burgess, and one was in a seat held by the National Party. One by-election was won by the incumbent Party, and the Free Democratic Party won a seat from the independents.
At the dissolution of the House of Burgesses in 2021, there was one vacancy in Roanoke-at-large, caused by the departure of Free Democratic Party member Chloe Chloris. With the close proximity of the 2021 general election on 7 February, the by-election previously scheduled for 16 January was cancelled. The two final candidates nominated for the by-election then stood at the general election, though neither managed to win a seat.
