Kosta(Viadalvian: Kostas) is the capital of the Derskov-Viadalvia and seat of power of its Derskov-Viadalvian Government, and is the joint (with Hansborg) most populated Derskov-Viadalvian town in the Union. The town is the policital centre of Derskov-Viadalvia, being the site of its foundation in 2014. It is the only local-level administrative division in Derskov-Viadalvia to have an exclave, East Kosta.

History
The area now comprising Kosta was, in the 20th century, part of the Tuinvereniging Tochthoek in Zoetermeer, held by the city council after the bulding of zoetermeer
Kosta was founded on 2 march as Snezhangrad due the fact Derskovia was in Snezhanopol the first piece of sovereign Derskov-Viadalvian territory.when Derskov-Viadalvia is founded it become the capital of Derskov-Viadalvia and was for 2 months capital of Snezhanopol
