Independence of Urabba Parks
The independence of Urabba Parks refers to the state of the Enactorate of Urabbaparcensia (formerly Urabba Parks Pty Ltd) as an independent organisation through the development of its legal and its social, political, economic and cultural systems.
Development of the legal and economic identity
On 3 July 2012, Urabba Parks Pty Ltd was incorporated at the Australian Securities & Investments Commission office in Melbourne. This effectively established Urabbaparcensia as an entity separate from its founder, Danny Racovolis. On the day of incorporation, the Australian Business Number of Urabba Parks was registered. The Australian Business Number (ABN) of Urabba Parks is 24 159 318 859, which include the 9-digit Australian Company Number at the end.
On 3 December 2012, Urabba Parks Pty Ltd was registered as a charity. This is a recognition of the independence that Urabbaparcensia has from its members, since as a charity it is bound to act as a not-for-profit and do things that benefit its charitable purposes and not the private profit of its members.[1]
