The Department for Work and Pensions is the Shorewellese Department in charge of word related well-being, compensation and hour measures, unemployment protection benefits, reemployment administrations, and some monetary insights. This Department was founded on May 18, 2016, with the foundation of the nation, and immediately set out its goals and the paths to achieve them.

The motivation behind the Department of Work and Pensions is to encourage, advance, and build up the welfare of the breadwinners, work seekers, and retirees of the Shorewellese Empire; enhance working conditions; advance open doors for gainful business; and guarantee business related advantages and rights.

To carry out its goals and aims, the department collaborates with the Department of Communities and Local Government along with receiving funds from the State Treasury.

It has been noted that the citizens of Shorewell vote for candidates in governmental positions who have keen interests in the further advancement of the goals of the Department for Work and Pensions.
