The YeLand Special Administrative Region of the Democratic Christian Republic of Melite is a munucipality, and a Special Administrative Region of the Democratic Christian Republic of Melite, found in the East of Melite, in the former Maltese town of Fgura.

It is headed by a Mayor, under the leadership of the President of the Democratic Christian Republic of Melite.

Originally the Town called Fgura, YeLand was part of the D.C.R. as a town, with no special autonomy. With Julian Cassar declaring secession, President Matthew Tonna rushed to stop YeLand from seceding, proposing a Special Administrative Region system where the region is headed by him as Head of State and Cassar as Mayor.

The Head of State of YeLand is an ex-officio role of the President of the Democratic Christian Republic of Melite.

Origins

YeLand is attributed to Kanye West and femboys, (at least for now).

Kanye West (legal name: Ye) is an American hip-hop artist, Fashion designer, Record Producer and former US Presidential Candidate. He has released 10 Studio albums and his song "Ghost Town" is the Region's anthem.

Legislation

YeLand is constrained to obey the Constitution of Melite, where Chapter * of the said Constitution regulates Special Administrative Regions.

As YeLand is a Special Administrative Region, it has renounced the right for a separate foreign policy, and follows Melite's, except for the Organisation of European Micronations, the only foreign organisation where the SAR is granted total autonomy, always in compliance with the Melitian Constitution.
