The Second Blue or Conservative A. Harms Cabinet was the fourth government ministry of the Empire of New Prussia elected on July 1, 2023. The Conservative Party of New Prussia was elected into government and the Chairman of the Party, August W. Harms, was appointed to the office of Chancellor, and Coco Harms was chosen as the first ever non-human Vice Chancellor.
