The Second Red, or Democommunist, A. Harms Cabinet was the third government ministry of the Empire of New Prussia elected on 1 March 2023. The Democommunist Party of New Prussia was elected into government and the Chairman of the Party, August W. Harms, was appointed to the office of Chancellor. August also introduced the first non human ministers.
