The President of the United States of Wings (POW) is the elected head of state and head of government of the United States of Wings. The President is the leader of the executive branch of the federal government and is commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces.

The Constitution of the United States of Wings directs executive authority to the President. The President is indirectly elected, elected by an Electoral College to a term of six months. On 19 November 2016, Emerson Rief was elected unanimously the first and current President. He was inaugurated the next day. His term will end on 20 May 2017.
